Write to [email protected]. If you can, send it from the email address linked to your minmini account, so we can find you quickly. We aim to reply within two business days, and usually sooner.

To help us sort it out on the first reply, please tell us:

• the device you are using (iPhone or Android), and your app version;
• a short description of what happened, and what you expected instead; and
• a screenshot, if something looks wrong on screen.

Your app version is shown on the You tab, in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app. Including it helps us reproduce the issue.

Quick answers, before you email

Many questions are answered already:

• FAQ: how readings are made, Western and Vedic astrology, palm and tarot, privacy, plans, and devices.
• Privacy Policy: what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
• Delete your account: remove your account and all of your data yourself, at any time, directly in the app.
• Terms: the terms you agree to when you use minmini.

Subscriptions and billing

minmini Gold and one-time readings are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by minmini. That means your subscription is managed in your store account, where you can also cancel it:

• iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
• Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, who take the payment for us. If you think you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we will do our best to help you put it right.

Found a bug, or a reading that felt off?

Tell us at [email protected]. If something is broken, the details above (device, app version, a screenshot) help us fix it faster. If a reading felt wrong for you, we want to know that too, as your feedback is how minmini gets better over time.

Account, privacy, and your data

You are always in control of your information. You can delete your account and data yourself at any time, from the account screen in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or receive a copy of your information.
