Who can use minmini

You must be at least 13 years old to use minmini. Where your local law sets a higher age for using a service like this or for consenting to the processing of your data, you must meet that higher age. The palm reading feature is for adults only, and you must confirm you are 18 or older to use it. By using the Services, you confirm you meet these requirements and are able to enter into these Terms.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

The Services and changes to them

minmini builds your birth chart and readings from astronomical data and the details you give us. We are always improving the Services, so we may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or stop parts of the Services. Where we can, we will let you know in advance, but this is not always possible.

Your licence to use minmini

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or their content;
• use any automated means to access, scrape, or harvest the Services, or use the Services or their content to develop or train any artificial intelligence or similar model;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems, or introduce anything malicious; or
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent the law does not allow us to prevent this.

Your content

You keep all rights in the content you add, such as your journal, intentions, questions, the people you add, and your palm reading inputs (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display back to you, and adapt Your Content only so far as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services for you, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or in routine backups for a limited time.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the right to provide it, including any details about other people that you add, and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

Readings are for reflection, not professional advice

minmini’s readings draw on astronomical data and the details you give us, and are offered for self-reflection, guidance, and entertainment.

Readings are not professional advice and are not a substitute for it. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Readings can be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply imaginative, so please do not rely on a reading to make important decisions, and use your own judgement. Always seek a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial questions.

If you are in crisis or you think you may harm yourself or someone else, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional straight away. minmini is not an emergency or crisis service.

Purchases and subscriptions

minmini is free to start. Some features require minmini Gold (a subscription) or a one-time purchase. Purchases are made and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we manage entitlements through RevenueCat. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown to you at the point of purchase.

• Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the price you agreed until you cancel it. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it may convert into a paid subscription.
• Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are subject to their policies. We do not process card payments and do not store your card details.

UK and EU consumers. Digital content is supplied as soon as your purchase is confirmed. By buying, you ask us to provide it immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply has begun. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including where digital content is faulty or not as described.

Our intellectual property

The Services, including the minmini name, logo, design, text, and software, belong to Thinkmakr Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. You may not use our name or branding without our written permission.

App stores and third-party platforms

You download the app from, and your use is also subject to the rules of, the Apple App Store or Google Play. Where you use the app on an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Thinkmakr Ltd only, not Apple; that Apple is not responsible for the app or for support, claims, or warranties relating to it; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimers

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, for any loss caused by your reliance on a reading (see “Readings are for reflection” above), or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable to you, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 GBP.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse us for, any loss we reasonably incur arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or content you provide in breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent the loss is caused by us.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm minmini or others. Deleting your account also deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will do so.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will give you a more prominent notice. By continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
